Scope of work:
The scope of work for this project includes HVAC system upgrades, the replacement of 20 fume hoods in science labs, as well as electronic controls and programming. New exhaust and supply fans were installed, along with furnishing and installing new VFDs. Ductwork within mechanical rooms and several classrooms was replaced, and duct cleaning was conducted. VAVs and 6 Air Handling Units (AHUs) were replaced. The acoustical ceiling tile and grid system were replaced. It's important to note that this facility was fully occupied during construction, requiring completion of the project in several phases.

The pole-based high-challenge course project involved several steps to ensure its success. These steps included examining the existing course, collaborating with stakeholders to set goals and develop a detailed plan, executing the construction of the course with a focus on safety and quality, providing technical staff training, and offering post-installation support to ensure client satisfaction. Thorough documentation, including demo findings and installation procedures, was also provided to the client.

The project involved renovating art and music rooms, replacing fume hoods, doors, and gas piping, painting the exterior of the campus, upgrading MEP systems, and re-roofing over 197,024 SF of roofing with a new SBS-modified Bitumen roofing system. The renovation required extensive coordination and planning to ensure completion before the new school year.

The scope of work for this project involves the roof replacement of the Academic Classroom #1 Building at FIU Biscayne Bay Campus. This includes the demolition of the existing modified bitumen, granule-surfaced built-up roof membrane, and rigid insulation system down to the existing structural concrete deck, as well as cleaning and preparing the surface of the structural concrete roof slab. Additionally, it entails the replacement of existing roof drains with new drains at their existing locations and the installation of a new roof system.
